We offer whole, half, quarter*, and variety boxes of beef. Please contact us for pricing and availability. We are able to deliver to Sonoma County custom or USDA butcher shops for cut & wrap.

*quarter beef requires a partner to purchase half beef with you. If you do not have a partner for a half beef you will be added to a waiting list.

How does it work? We request a deposit based on the beef share you are interested in before harvest. Harvest is generally done within 2-3 weeks of receiving the deposit unless otherwise communicated. After harvest an invoice with the actual hanging weight will be updated for payment. Your beef share will be delivered to the local butcher shop of your choosing for cut/wrap. Once your beef is delivered to the butcher shop they will call you to go over your cut/wrap instructions and set up a pickup date.
